Just checked out Benne Bliss Cafe in Sector 19, Kharghar – it’s super new, opened recently. As a South Indian food lover, I was thrilled to find this spot right in my neighborhood. The quality is spot-on: authentic flavors without any compromise. Everything tastes homemade, from the crisp dosas to the fluffy idlis.
We ordered the podi masala dosa – super crispy. The vada was golden and crunchy outside, melt-in-your-mouth soft inside. Filter coffee hit all the right notes – strong, aromatic, and not too milky. And don’t sleep on the pineapple sheera. It’s a sweet, fruity twist that had us all going back for seconds.
Portions are generous in taste but a tad on the smaller side for dosas, idlis, or vadas – might want to bump them up a bit so one order feels like a full breakfast feast. Service was quick and friendly. The staff explained the menu with genuine enthusiasm, even though it’s early days for them.
No seating, it’s more of a grab-and-go vibe, which works fine for us busy folks. The place can handle 10 people comfortably with the tables.
Will definitely try again soon as they settle in. If you’re craving legit South Indian in Kharghar, head to Shop No. 13, Rekhi Sai Deffodils – you won’t regret it!
